This project is a carefully phased rejuvenation of a historic Town of Potomac facility in the Del Ray neighborhood. Phase 1 consisted of the refining of the features of the entrance and resolving historic fabric issues concerning the windows, roof and masonry walls in collaboration with the City Architect. Phase 2 transformed training space, dormitory rooms and restrooms to meet current operational standards while respecting the character of the architecture.
